Wanted to let everyone know that there are some changes going on "under the hood" of the website. I am going to be moving the RSS feed from being self-hosted to running through FeedBurner. The new URL will be http://feeds.feedburner.com/EastCoastConservative.

As a part of that change, the show notes and "enclosures" (for those who speak geek) are going to be moved around. You *can* remain subscribed to the current feed but your feed catcher may no longer automatically download the show.

This change is being done for a few reasons. The main one is the fact that the way things are right now the show is physically hosted in two different servers and it makes it difficult to track how many people we're reaching.

You will see an update of this RSS feed as I move all of the past entries to the new format as well. Thank you for your understanding!

Just in case you missed it on Episode 11's notes and in the podcast, we are changing the recording time!

Due to a set of circumstances that were well beyond control and reason, last night's show was not recorded. Ken and I have rescheduled the recording session for tonight (Jan 25, 2008) at 8:30. Sorry for the hiatus, both Ken and I (mostly I) have had personal and technical issues abounding that have kept us from doing the show. It's going to be a few more weeks until something gets back up but we're working on it.

As you have probably noticed there is not a podcast this week... but it's not for a lack of trying! Ken and I initially tried to record at our usual time on Sunday afternoon and my laptop kept "wigging out" (a nice way of saying rebooting itself at random intervals). It did the same thing later Sunday night. All told my laptop rebooted itself 6 times between 1:00pm and 9:00pm on Sunday, all of them in the middle of recording!

So we've had to put off our Candidate Review podcast for a week. We're going to try it again this weekend. Thank you for your patience!

So now that we've released our first episode I think we need to let you know about the schedule for the show.

Ken and I both work full time jobs and have wee ones running around our houses. I'm not sure who has more animals and Ken might say he would have to ask what would qualify for that. Needless to say, life is busy in both our homes.
